Ann Jackson, 87, of Mineral Springs, died Dec. 14, 2025. She was born April 16, 1938, in Mineral Springs the daughter of Lonnie and Mattie (Henderson) McCullough.
She was a registered dietician and was a member of New Shiloh Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Jackson.
Survivors include: a son, Lonnie Jackson (Regina) of Arkadelphia, a daughter, Jan Marks (Eric) of Mineral Springs; siblings Jo Simpkins, Judy Tabler, Sherry Higginbottom, Eugene McCullough, and Patti Brett; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville. Bro. Ben Jones officiating.
Burial will follow at Mineral Springs Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Nashville.
