Verna Marie (Horn) Citty, 94, of Sparkman, formerly of Ozan, died July 28, 2025.
She was born March 31, 1931, in Hope, to the late James Lewis and Martha Horn.
She was a member of Hickory Street Baptist Church in Texarkana, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Citty, and a son, W.H. ‘Billy’ Citty.
Survivors include: her sister, Bobbie Payne of Texarkana; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, at Saint Paul Methodist Church
Cemetery in Ozan. Arrangements are by Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville, Arkansas.
