Elizabeth Ann Funderburg Stuart, age , of Ozan, Ark., passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025, at her home in Ozan.
She was born June 21, 1939, in Mineral Springs, Ark., the daughter of the late William Cecil Funderburg and Evelyn Green Funderburg.
Mrs. Stuart was a graduate of Mineral Springs High School. A lifetime member of Liberty Baptist Church, as well as a member of the Homemaker Extension club in Nashville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Sue James, a brother, William Lee Funderburg, her son, Robin Stuart and grandson, Dallas Abadie.
Survivors include: her beloved husband of 67 years, Robert “Bob” Stuart of Ozan; three children, Terry Butler (Bob), Kimberly Silverthorn (Brian) and Michael Stuart (Kerry); daughter-in-law Wendy Stuart; grandchildren Mirandy White (Mark), Kristin Butler, Emma Stuart, Bobby Butler (Hillary), Justin Butler (Rachael), Justin Stuart, Haley Stuart (Glen), Aidan Stuart (Elyssa); as well as seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will begin at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 4, at St. Paul Cemetery, with Mike Campbell, Keith Mays, and Johnathan Mays officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
