On July 21-24, Howard County 4-H member Christian Trombley attended the State 4-H O’Rama as the Ouachita District Vice-President.

Trombley has represented the Ouachita district the past year while attending the National Farm Bureau meeting in San Antonio, Texas, 4-H Day at the Capital, and many other events across the state. In early spring, he filled out his application to be re-elected for a state officer position for the 2025-2026 4-H year, knowing this would be no easy accomplishment.

When all the applications were turned in, and approved, Trombley was notified that he had been selected to run for re-election. The state 4-H officer team is made up of three district Vice-Presidents, a Reporter, Secretary, First Vice-President, and President.

During the week of July 21 candidates campaigned to secure votes for their office.

On July 24, after ballots were tallied, the new 2025-2026 State 4-H officer team, with Trombley being elected as President, was introduced at the final awards ceremony.

Trombley will travel the state and to other states representing Arkansas 4-H next year

We are proud of all the hard work and drive he has for our 4-H organization.
